Monday Scripture:
2 Thessalonians 2:16 (ESV) Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you all.
Monday Inspiration:
Today I pray that God will shower you with the peace that surprises all of your understanding. And I want to remind you of the many promises that God has given us. And one of them is that God promised to keep those whose mind is stayed on him in perfect peace. Today remember that God is the center of our peace. Shalom is a Hebrew word that means more than just peace, it is wholeness, completeness, finished word, perfection, safety, and wellness. So often it’s easy to feel anxious, out of source, depressed, overwhelmed, uneasy, frustrated, worried, and off track. But I encourage you to make time to Pray to Yahweh Shalom, and ask him for the peace that surpasses all understanding. A blender can’t work unless you plug it into the socket…today plug into God. Think about how good he’s been, pause and reflect over your life, and write down how many times that God has failed you? At the current time, it appears that we are coming out of one the toughest seasons of our life, but our God is and remains worthy to be praised. I encourage you to step out the boat, just like Peter did, put your hand in Gods’ hand and trust that whatever you are standing in need of, God will not let you down. I know in the physical it my look rough, but use your spiritual eyes and trust that our God is faithful all the time. He has all the wisdom and power that is needed to continue to defeat the enemy. Please keep your head up, and remember nothing is too hard for God. For I’m reminded that on 3rd day Jesus rose with ALL power in his hand. He bleed, died, conquered the cross, hell, and defeated every sickness and disease that would come up against in our bodies. And I’m reminded that he said it would rain on the just and the unjust. We maybe in the wilderness, but be ye not dismayed, God is still able to give us peace in the midst of it all. Don’t give up, I declare and decree that you’re later shall be greater! Your best is yet to come! Keep your hand in the master’s hand and everything will be alright. Declare and decree with me that our God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above anything that we can think of or imagine! Amen!!
Monday Prayer:
Father as we come before you’re throne, we bow down before to bask in your glory once again. We come giving you all the glory, honor, and the praise that is rightfully due unto you. Lord we are so very grateful, if we had ten thousand tongues we couldn’t thank you enough. Thank you for waking us up this morning and starting us on our way. We love you Lord, truly there is none like you in all the earth. Father please forgive us for our sins and our iniquities. And forgive those who have sinned against us. Oh Lord, we need you on today. Lord meet us where we’re at, fill us with all the hope and determination that is needed for us to have a productive and blessed day. Father we ask that you rain down your peace upon us on this day. Father we lift up our brothers and sisters who are grieving, who have lost loved ones, jobs, relationships, and who are simply mentally drained. We ask a special blessing for our seniors and those who are sick in their bodies. Please go by the hospitals, nursing homes, and jail cells. Touch them in a special way. Lord show us how to mimic David…to hide your word inside of us, so that during these challenging time that we will refrain from sinning against you. Speak Lord, for your servants are listening. We ask that you silence the enemy, that we will only be able to hear your voice. Father lead, guide, and direct us in the way we should go. Lord where we are weak, we pray for your strength to empower us. Father take us, make us, and mold us into that which is pleasing in your sight! You are our refuge, our peace, our sustainer, our keeper, our way maker, our deliver, and our help! Everything that we need begins and ends with you. There is nobody greater than you! Decrease us that you may increase more in our life! We say yes to your will, yes to your way, and yes Lord we will obey. For it’s in your darling son Jesus name that we pray, give thanks, and say Amen!
