And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:17 (ESV)
Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! Hallelujah! We serve an amazing God who is faithful and I encourage you to lose yourself in worship on today. Take time out to thank offer thanks to God for who he is in your life! I know last year was a very challenging year for us, our faith was tested, and we had to examine our priorities like never before. But the good news is; our God kept us and by the grace of God… we are still here and we are still standing. We have so much to be thankful for in spite what we’ve been through. God knows what we need and when we need it. And he shall supply every need according to his riches in glory. If he did it once, he will surely do it again. Give thanks to God for his unconditional love! Give thanks to God for the gift of life! Give thanks to God for his saving grace! Give thanks to God because he didn’t leave us in our mess, but instead he saved our souls! Give thanks to God for every spiritual gift that he has given you to use for the up building of his kingdom. Give thanks to God for never leaving nor forsaking you. Give thanks for the vaccine and the pandemic slowly coming to an end. Give thanks to God for the air that you and for a reasonable portion of health and strength! Give thanks to God for your spouses, children, family, friends, and every material gift that he has blessed you. Give thanks to God for keeping you in the midst of the storms. Remember that he said that all things are working together for our good. The key word is (ALL) things, that means the good, the bad, the times when it don’t seem like we can trace God, or when we don’t’ understand what HE’s doing. We can rest in the assurance that he is behind the scenes working on HIS master plan. On today I challenge you not to worry about tomorrow, next week, or two weeks from now. You can keep your trust in God! We serve an ENCORE God, he blesses us over, and over, and over again. Great is his faithfulness! Remember that we don’t work for men, but everything we do, is unto our father and we should strive to do things in excellence unto him. Amen! I will bless the Lord at all times and his praise shall continuously be in my mouth! Give God thanks for another day, another opportunity to spread the love! We owe him our best praise!! Amen!
