Friday Scripture:
For I know the plans I have for you, “declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
Friday Inspiration:
I want to remind you today that God created us to be victorious. We were born to be win in every area of our lives. But in order to win we must be ready to win. And we do that first by maintaining a spirit of expectancy. God desires for all of his children to prosper. When we are faced with a challenge we can meditate on II Chronicles 20:15-16 He said, “Listen King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: “Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. And this is what God is saying to us today, this battle is not ours, it belongs to him. We need to chill out, stop stressing, stop worrying, and stop fretting over things that we can’t change. So often we are guilty of losing sleep, patience, and sometimes our appetite worrying about things that is completely out of our control. I want to remind you that God has a Devine purpose for your life! And we are in a spiritual battle, its warfare…us against the Satan and his troops. Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers for this dark world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. I believe that knowing what you are up against is half the battle, and the word of God teaches us that Satan’s plan is to still, kill, and destroy us! One way we go by defeating the enemy is by speaking, declaring, and meditating on the word of God. Feed your spirit with sustaining scriptures that will uplift you and encourage you in these trying days. Limit, balance, and be mindful of your time and what you feed you feed your spirit. Yes we need to be informed, but let’s say no to anything that will drain us or create fear or doubt. Remember that God has chosen you, prepared you, and equipped you with everything that you need to win. Remember that growth is a process…we learn and then make adjustments. No one is born mature. So don’t be discouraged by your present state. Don’t give up on God, because he’ll never give up you! I CAN DO ALL THINGS WITH GOD WHO STRENGTHENS ME! Amen!
Friday Prayer:
Hallelujah! Lord we thank you for allowing us to see another day! Thank for you food on our tables, clothes on our backs, and shelter over our head. Thank you for your unconditional love. Thank you for sustaining and keeping us in the midst of it all. Great is thy faithfulness. Truly Lord there is none like you in all the earth. Father forgive us for falling short of your glory! Thank you Lord that we have victory through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Thank you that you said in your word that if we don’t grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up. We ask that you fill us with a Spirit that is determined to press on to see what the end is going to be. Fill us with holy boldness that refuses to settle for anything less than your very best. Thank you God that we believe by faith that we were born to win! And that our later shall be greater. We believe that our best is yet to come. Thank you for restoring, renewing, and replenishing us a fresh each and every day. Thank you Lord that you have encouraged us to be strong, fierce, and courageous. Father give us guidance and direction as to what you would have us to do on today. Lord we thank you because we believe your word is true; that we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength. Thank you that what is impossible with man, is possible with you! We declare and decree that we are more than conquerors and victory is ours! Thank you that during those times that we felt abandoned and shut out, that you said the last shall be first! Please order our steps, our talk, and our walk; that everything about us will line up with your will for our lives. Thank you that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. For we believe by faith that greater is he that is within us than he that is of this world. Please forgive us for anything that we have said, done, or thought that was out of your will. Use us Lord to be a blessing to someone else. We love you, we need you and we can’t make it without you. Please continue to bless us individually as well as collectively as a whole! For it’s in Jesus name, we pray, give thanks, and say Amen!
