Friday Scripture:
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
Friday Inspiration:
Happy Friday! O give thanks for the Lord is good! The bible teaches us in Romans 10:17 so then faith comes by hearing, and hearing the word of God. I want to encourage you to stay connected to God on today. A lamp has no power or light unless you plug it in the socket, so stay plugged in to God…and his Holy word. He is the source of our power and our very being. Surround yourself with like-minded people; those who are positive, those who are hearers and doers of his word. Not perfect, because none of us are perfect, and have arrived. But all of us should be striving daily to live a life that is pleasing unto him. Yes we’re going to make mistakes, yes we may fall down, but we get back up. I don’t care who’s displeased, as long as God is pleased, and he will continue to get all the glory! Amen! God is our source, so please make sure you’re feeding your spirit with those things that are of him. Amen! There’s no better time like the present to become a God chaser! Chase after him, his will, his word, his power and anointing with everything that is within you. It is our faith that is going to carry us through these difficult and challenging times. Today make God a priority, lay at his feet, seek him, seek his face, seek his will, seek his peace, and invite His presence to come in and rest, rule, and abide in every area of your life. Because I am reminded that where the presence of the Lord is, there is liberty, peace, fulfillment, patience, love, and our break through. Remember all we need is faith the size of a mustard seed. Have enough faith that believes that God will do exactly what he promised he would do. Faith that refuses to quit and give up. Faith that can move mountains! Faith that is confident in Yahweh, the great I am, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords. Faith that can conquer anything. I encourage you to delight yourself in the Lord! Keep the faith and refuse to doubt the power of the Holy Spirit that is at work within you!
Friday Prayer:
Our father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Thank you father for a brand new day that is filled with your grace and mercies that we see all around us. Lord with our whole heart we are seeking you. Please help us to not wander from your commandments and your will for our life. For I am reminded that you said in your word that you are good to those who wait for you, to the soul who seeks you. Father we are seeking you and your strength, we want your presence not only on today; but every day. Breathe on us, let some drops fall fresh upon us. We claim victory by faith over everything that our hands touch on today. Anoint us from the top of our heads, and to the souls of our feet. O Lord bless our coming and our going. Please give us a fresh renewal in our minds today. Take us, make us, and mold us into that which is pleasing unto you. We pray for our nation, city and our community and we ask that you release your healing virtue all across our land. We lift up our children before you and ask that you would dispatch the angels all around them to keep them safe from dangers seen and unseen. We pray for the crime, and ask that you would show our young people how to value life and stop the senseless violence. O Father we need you to show up and show out in mighty way. Thank you for your unconditional love! Thank you for all that you have done, are doing, and shall do in the future. Bless our families, our friends, and our loved ones. For it’s in the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, give thanks and say, Amen!
