TGIF…Today God Is First And I’m Being Renewed Every Day

Tuesday Scripture:

Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet our inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment (as seen from God’s eternity), is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at things which are seen but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 14-16(NASB)

Tuesday Inspiration:

This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. Join me in reflecting over the first four months of 2021. Please don’t lose sight of where we came from. Although 2020 was a heck of a year, but by the grace of God we made it through. We have witnessed and experienced so much. It is my prayer that all the heart-breaking things that we have seen will draw us closer together as a nation. I pray that we will pull our loved ones closer. I pray that we cherish the time that we have today, and we learn to stop putting off for tomorrow for what we can do today. Remember tomorrow is not promised.  In the midst of all the challenging times, God has still been faithful. Love conquered and couples were married, babies were born, relationships were mended and healed. And some of our brothers and sisters became new home owners and even started new businesses. God is good!!  I encourage you to keep the faith and focus on God.  Remember God is in complete control. And He can and will do anything but fail. We must trust the process and the journey! God will give us exactly what we need on a daily basis!! Allow him to fill your cup until it overflows. As a sign of expectancy, open up your hands and receive what God has for you today. And remember what God has for you is for you! No devil can stop what he has destined for you! He will give us strength for the journey! God is stretching our faith, and he’s asking us whose account do we believe? Do we really believe that his word is true; and that HE is better than Allstate? We can depend on him!  And for some of us, God is maturing us, it’s important for us to KNOW who we are in Christ Jesus. And it’s equally important that we have a fluid prayer life, and seek God’s face on a daily basis. In doing so we acknowledge the need for guidance and direction in our life. And in the end, God will be glorified! Every day focus on the goodness of God, and allow him to confirm in your Spirit what he’s trying to work out within you. Amen!

Tuesday Prayer:

Spirit of the living God, father once again we come humbly before your throne of grace, giving you all thanks, honor, and praise that is rightfully due unto you. Father please forgive us for our sins and our iniquities. Forgive us for falling short of your glory! We repent in the name of Jesus. Lord thank you for blessing us to see another day. Truly there is none like you in all the earth. Lord we’re so grateful that you are the author and finisher of our faith! And with that same faith, we are making the choice to believe that better days are coming! Father we believe that greater is he that is within us, than he that is of this world. Thank you father that no weapon that is formed against us, can, shall, or will prosper.  Remind us that doesn’t mean that we won’t experience storms of life on every hand, but the great news is the enemy shall not prevail against us. Father we truly believe that our best is yet to come. We thank you because we believe that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly above anything that we can ask or think. Thank you Lord that we will be triumphant over every challenge and obstacle that we are faced with on today. Allow us to set aside our own challenges today, and seek out someone that we can be a blessing to who can’t repay us. Father we pray that you will continue to keep us safe and protected from dangers seen and unseen. Help us to be obedient to your will and all that you are calling us to do in this season. We will continue to push, press, and praise our way through, as we are starting to see the light at the end of the pandemic. Please don’t allow us to get too comfortable too soon. But help us to move with wisdom and caution.  We bind up every plot, plan, and scheme of Satan. We declare and decree that we are our brother’s keeper! We declare and decree that are we are walking by faith and not by sight. For it’s in your darling son Jesus name, we pray, give thanks, and say Amen!
