TGIF…Today God Is First And I Trust The Process

Tuesday Scripture:

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weaknesses.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12: 9-10

Tuesday Inspiration:

Accepting what God allows is not always an easy task. Now more than ever it is so important during this particular season that we learn to trust in what God allows. It is a true sign that we trust God. Remember belief will take you so far, but knowing will take you all the way. And knowing will make it easy to embrace God’s will. We’re not going to always understand why God will allow things to happen in our lives. We will have times in our life that are so challenging that we will wonder and even question where God is. But I assure you that he is standing right there with you holding your hand. And in some cases he’s carrying you through and you will realize that it is a strength not your own. Remember he promised in his word that when we are weak, his power is made strong. When we can accept what God allows with peace, we are displaying to him that we have made the choice to trust him. I’m a strong believer that nothing just happens. God has the power to stop, block, intervene, or prevent anything from coming into fruition. So that tells me that (IF) he is allowing me to go through a particular test, trial, or to be uncomfortable while experiencing a new season…then there is purpose for it in my life. For I am reminded that God allows test to come to make us better and not bitter. Remember Paul, he cried out and ask God three times to remove his thorn in his flesh, but God replied that my grace is sufficient. How many times have we asked God to remove a thing, situation, or challenge that we were facing? I think it’s during these times that God is trying to teach us valuable lessons. And we must learn to embrace it, and truly accept what God allows. The good news is when we come out of the fire, we will come through as pure gold! Just remind yourself that God loves you and truly wants the best for you. He has our best interest at hand. And maintaining that mindset will make it easy to accept what God allows, because our trust begins and ends with him!!! Amen!

Tuesday Prayer:

Hallelujah! Lord we thank you! Thank you for waking us up this morning and starting us on our way! Thank you for blessing us to see a brand new day that is filled with new mercies. Thank you that when we woke up we were clothed and in our right minds. Thank you that our families are doing well. Thank you for a reasonable portion of health and strength. Thank you that great is thy faithfulness. Please forgive us for falling short of your glory, for anything and everything that we have said, done, and thought that was out of your will. And father forgive those who have sinned against us. O Lord search us, and if you find anything that is not like you, please take it away. Father we ask that you will show us how to accept what you allow and to trust the process. Lord teach us how to trust in you with our whole heart and to lean not on our own understanding, but in all of our ways to acknowledge you and trust that you will direct our path. We choose to believe that your grace will carry us through. Help us to seek after the lesson that you are trying to teach us. Help us to view the test as a positive instead of a negative. And Lord most of all, remind us that you and only you are in complete control of our destiny. So we say yes to your will, yes to your way, and yes Lord we surrender our will for yours and we will obey! Let the words of our mouth and the meditation of our hearts be acceptable in your sight. You are our rock and our redeemer. Thank you in advance because we believe that our best is yet to come. We ask that you bless us individually, as well as collectively as a whole. Please dispatch the angels all around our families, friends, and loved ones keeping them safe from dangers seen and unseen. Please don’t allow us to move to left or right if it’s not in your will. Anoint and bless our hands on this day that everything that we touch will be blessed. For it’s your darling son Jesus name we pray, give thanks, and say Amen!
