TGIF…Today God Is First And I Love To Praise His Holy Name

Monday Scripture:

Psalm 7:17 I will give to the Lord the thanks due to his righteousness, and I will sing praise to the name of the Lord, the Most High.

Monday Inspiration:

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. I will bless the Lord at all times and his praise shall continuously be in my mouth. So with a wave in my hands, I’ll praise him! With the fruit of my lips, I’ll praise HIM! With a shuffle in my feet, I’ll praise him! Let everything that has breathe, Praise the Lord! When praises go up, blessings come time.  Take time out of your schedule today to offer praise unto him, simply for (who) he is in your life. He’s been too good to us not glorify his holy name! Take a praise break, and give God the glory! You may have to push past your feelings, and remind yourself that if it had not been for the Lord on my side where would I be today? Offer thanks to our Creator, Father, sustainer, keeper, healer, deliverer, way maker, and mind regulator. Praise him for his faithfulness, for his unconditional love, and for his patience. Praise Him for being everything you have ever needed, and for being a bridge over troubled waters. Offer thanks for his hands of protection and for keeping you and your family safe from dangers seen and unseen. Praise with a beautiful melody of your favorite worship song. Praise him because it could have been you, homeless, and with no food to eat! He’s been better to us than we could ever be to ourselves. Praise him for a reasonable portion of health and strength! Praise him for keeping your family together in the midst of a pandemic. Praise him for allowing you to be clothed and in your right mind on today. Give him the highest praise on today, Hallelujah! Release a praise in the atmosphere like you have never done before! Praise him for every gift and blessing that he’s already given you! Our God is worthy to be praised. I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, and praise him like your life depended on it. All throughout this day, keep a praise in your mouth. For I am reminded the more we praise him, the better we will feel. Praise him for what you are EXPECTING him to do in your life. Praise him like he’s already answered your prayers. I can remember as a child hearing the choir sing, don’t wait until the battle is over; but shout now the victory!!! Oh magnify the Lord with me, let us exult his name together. Our God is so worthy to be praised!

Monday Prayer:

Most Holy and all wise God, father we come at this appointed time and place to render praise unto you. Thank you for another day that wasn’t promised to us. Thank you for last night laying down and this morning early rising! Thank you for keeping us in the midst of it all. Thank you for food on our tables and clothes on our back. Father forgive us, we have sinned against you, and we repent in the name of Jesus! Help us Lord, to not repeat the same mistakes on today that we made on yesterday. Father we lift up holy hands as a sign of surrendering our will over to you. Teach us how to be good stewards over every gift you have blessed us with on today. Bless our marriages and relationships with our significant others. Allow the communication to be open and honest. Bless our children and grandchildren that you have been so kind to give us, teach us how to be good parents, grandparents; and to be positive examples to them. Remind us that they are watching every move we make. And that we are always teaching even when we’re having a challenging day. Help us to be transparent and raise them to be honest and respectful human beings. Bless our seniors, be with them and send a saint to be a blessing to them. We pray for a Divine encounter, that you may use us for your glory. We ask a special blessing over our families and loved ones, we pray that every need will continue to be met. Keep our mind and focus on these…and protect our eye gates and help us to be mindful of the time that we spend watching the news and the latest updates Covid-19 and of the senseless violence that we are witnessing. Father remind us that every area of our life should have balance to it.  Show us how to feed our mind, body, and soul with your holy word and positive input. Also, remind us that everything that we do, we are a representation of Christ Jesus. We love you and we thank you for all that you have done, are doing, and shall do in the future. In Jesus name we pray, Amen!!!
