Wednesday Scripture:
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him. Nahum 1:7 (ESV)
Wednesday Inspiration:
Have you ever heard a Pastor, preacher, or someone in your close circle say, that you are either in a storm, coming out of a storm, or heading into a storm? Just remember that our God is on your side. When we’re in a storm sometimes we will have to encourage ourselves, and speak life into our situation. Remember the power of life and death is the tongue. I encourage you to declare and decree in the atmosphere that better days are coming. And believe it! Expect it and receive it! And with the authority that God has given us, speak those things that are not by faith and with POWER as if they were. But isn’t it good to know that when we find ourselves in a storm, that our father is capable of calming the raging seas. God can and will block the flaming darts that have been launched at us by Satan. What the devil meant for bad, God can turn it around for our good. We can be strong and courageous during the storms because of our connection with the creator who is greater than every evil plot, plan, and scheme of the enemy. We can take refuge and trust that if God be for us he is more than those that are against us. For I am reminded and I believe that No weapon formed against us can, will, or shall prosper. Fear not for our God is ever present help in time of trouble. I encourage you to block out and rebuke fear, and make the choice to believe in God. He’s a strong a tower, mighty, and powerful. Don’t give up on God, because he will never give up on you. God has a purpose and plan for your life! He wants the very best for all of his children. The song writer said, I’ve had some good days, and I’ve had some bad days, but I won’t complain. Sometimes we have to go through to get to. Keep your hand in the master’s hand and I know that God will bring you out. He’s a keeper and he’s a deliver. Be still and know that he is God!
Wednesday Prayer:
Hallelujah, Lord you’re so worthy to be praised. Truly there is none like you in all the earth. We bless you, we praise you, we honor you, and we exalt your holy righteous name. Please forgive us for our sins and iniquities, and forgive those who have sinned against us. We thank you for blessing us to see a brand new day. A day filled with hope and new mercies. Thank you for having the power to make the storms in life be still and give us the strength to fight through. Lord you are good and an ever present help in time of need. Father thank you that when we cry out for help, you hear us and come to see about us. Thank you that weeping may endure for a night but joy will come in the morning. We come against and bind up the spirit of distress and anguish. Thank you that you rule over the raging seas. Lord thank you for hiding us in your shelter in the day of trouble. For you are our cover and our shelter in time of need. We declare and decree that we shall live and not die. And our best is yet to come! Father we ask that you stop by the hospital and release your healing virtue upon everyone. Lord go by the jail cells and allow the inmates to have an unusual experience with you. Stop by our homes, and allow your love and peace to rest, rule, abide within us. For you said in your word that by your stripes we are healed. Bless all the doctors and nurses that are working hard daily to assist the patients. Bless us individually as well as collectively as a whole. For its Jesus name we pray and say Amen!
